“We took our 2010 Prius in for routine 90K maintenance recently. It’s hard to find a high quality repair shop that is certified in hybrid engine and battery maintenance and repair. Cooper’s came highly rated from several friends. The property and shop were very clean and organized which is important to me from working in the trades many years. They performed a 90k check, cleaned all electoral contacts, discharged and re-balanced the battery cells and performed all system checks and diagnostics. The car runs great the mileage is up from 44 to 50 mpg. I appreciate being signed for their loyalty program and feel confident to recommend them to anyone.” — Michael B.
“Great service, the inspection they did on my car was thorough, and they confirmed a couple small problems i had a sneaking suspicion of but could never get confirmed at the dealer. The inspection report had pictures and detailed summaries of every component checked. Being a mechanic without his tools at the moment it was great knowing the shop i chose knew what they were doing. Hands down best mechanic I have ever been to. My truck died a couple blocks away from the shop and Clint personally towed it to their shop without cost, helped me figure out the best plan of action for my truck and sent me texts and updates all along the way. Got my truck back and it was literally a different vehicle after they had fixed it, washed vacuumed and all. Personable, honest, trustworthy staff. They send you a text with a link to a full diagnostics report of your vehicle with detailed notes from the tech including pictures and videos. Incredible service at a great price. I brought my motor home in for a small coolant leak. They told me that my front brakes were getting down and should be replaced. Pads were down and rotors severely heat cracked. I had them do all the repairs and when it was all done it was about $300.00 less than what they estimated.
